- Once a property is finalized, the tenant can book the property by paying a booking fee of Rs. 2000 through our website’s payment gateway.
- Upon receiving the booking fee, we will initiate the background verification process for the tenant and share a draft copy of the rental agreement with both the property owner and the tenant.
- Formal Booking Confirmation:
- If both parties agree to proceed after reviewing the draft rental agreement, the tenant can proceed to formally book the property by paying a token advance to the property owner.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event that either party decides to cancel the booking before formal confirmation, the booking fee of Rs. 2000 will be refunded to the tenant.
- The refund process will be initiated within 3 to 5 working days from the date of cancellation.

- Safeguarding Tenant and Owner Interests:
- This booking process is designed to safeguard the interests of both the tenant and the property owner.
- By paying the booking fee, tenants demonstrate their genuine interest in renting the property, while property owners have the assurance that potential tenants are committed to the rental process.
- Modification of Terms:
- We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
